Abstract

The first level of collectivism is the family and the family system. Next is the society and then the state.  All these are the pillars of this community which starts from the family.  And the family is based on the marriage relationship. That is, the husband-and-wife relationship between a man and a woman forms the foundation of a family. When a child is born, someone becomes a father and someone becomes a mother. Someone becomes a grandfather and someone becomes a grandmother.  goes, someone becomes an uncle, someone becomes an uncle, someone becomes an aunt. It is as if all these relationships are connected in the form of a marriage when children are born into the world. From which the formation of a family takes place.  And in the prophetic teachings, not only the sanctity of these relationships has been ordered. But such rules, regulations and limits have been mentioned, thanks to which a peaceful society and society is established.  From the Holy Qur'an and at the end have tried to present a comparative review.
