Abstract

The family system has a special significance in the societies of the world. In the family system of Pakistani society, the issue of forced intimacy is increasing day by day. This is a form of domestic violence and rape. Forced intimacy is a serious crime in the country. In some quarters, the death penalty was proposed for adulterers. This is a heinous crime, but the death penalty is not the solution.It is a legal crime in many countries, including the United States and Latin America, Europe, Australia and some countries in Asia such as Russia and its independent countries, Japan, as well as some southern African countries like South Africa. . Family issues are so important in the system of life that once a wrong environment or tendency enters the foundations of marital and domestic life, not only does the family system gradually deteriorate. The family system is the basic and most important institution of human gathering. Violence against women is a social phenomenon. Historically, it has its roots in the gender inequality that has become part of our culture and law.Therefore, it has become necessary to take immediate steps realizing the seriousness of this issue and the importance of family issues in the Qur'an and Hadith can be gauged only from the fact that a large part of the Qur'an is related to these issues. The article will also highlight the importance of the family system and highlight the problems of forced intimacy and make suggestions for solutions.
